We price based on seat count — the number of employees who will access Learn.xyz. Seat counts at retail and field-service operators range from 200 to 50,000+, which makes a one-size-fits-all public price misleading for everyone involved.

When you contact us, we'll ask about your location count, workforce size, industry segment, and rollout timeline. That conversation takes 20 minutes and results in a quote built around your actual use case.

Volume pricing is available for operators with 500+ seats. Annual billing. All features — including language packs, policy version pinning, completion logging, SSO, and API access — are included at every seat count. No feature gating.

Both tiers are contact-only. Compliance-training pricing scales with employee count, language packs, integration depth, and audit-export needs — every deployment is scoped on a discovery call.

Our minimum engagement is 200 seats. Most operators we work with have between 500 and 10,000 employees. We're not the right fit for teams under 100 people — there are consumer L&D tools better suited for that scale.
Annual contracts, billed annually. We don't do month-to-month for operational accounts — the onboarding investment (HRIS integration, content migration, manager training) makes annual the right structure for both sides.
Yes. Your completion records, policy version logs, and employee data are yours. We provide a full data export in standard formats (CSV, JSON) within 30 days of contract end. Your audit trail travels with you.
Yes — 60-day pilot, up to 3 locations, no cost. Qualification criteria: 200+ employees, a defined compliance use case (FDA food safety, OSHA, DOT 49 CFR Part 380, etc.), and a designated compliance lead to manage the rollout. We invest in pilots because the conversion rate is high — operators who see completion data from a real rollout understand the value without a slideshow.
No. Workday, ADP, and UKG connectors are included in your seat price. Custom HRIS integrations beyond our standard connectors may require a one-time implementation fee — we'll discuss that during scoping if it applies to you.
No. All 16 language packs are included at every seat count. No per-language fee. Charging per language creates an incentive to under-provision training for non-English-speaking associates — which is a Title VII documentation problem, not just an L&D gap. We price language packs at zero so the decision to train in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is never a budget line item.
