Content you upload or create within the platform remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Learn.xyz a limited license to use, host, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
